Pros

The company really cares about employee work life balance. Great benefits. Very collaborative culture.

Cons

Things may get a bit slow, but this is typical for an insurance company

Pros

Feels almost like a startup with lots of enthusiasm for success after the spin-off from MetLife. Lot's of energy around strategy and innovation. Fosters a culture of youth and opportunity

Cons

Experience is diminished and older employees are not valued, especially women. Tenured employees get passed over while inexperience younger employees are elevated. Definite brain drain happening causing chaos, lack of established processes and delays in getting projects off the ground.

Cons

I can’t think of any Cons. Everyone is welcoming and there is a great work/life balance.
