Pros

The people and remote work if that is your thing. Benefits are good and technology.

Cons

I would say that in this specific role the comp plan is confusing. Plus every year they “re-negotiate” your pay by way of sales goals. It always seems to favor the company and not the employee. Every year there are record breaking sales but yet we are required to work harder “make more phone calls” and get paid the same as the year before or less!? Seems backwards to me. Opportunity to advance your career are limited. Being in a remote environment makes it even harder. They tell you that you can go into marketing or product but that sounds boring. Outside sales is competitive and they want you to be so proactive it just comes off as fake and cheesy. No thanks. Some people thrive in that type of work so more power to them. I just like being genuine and that won’t get you ahead in sales I guess.

Pros

Benefits that is it. The pto is pretty good.

Cons

Pay , management, almost everything. Almost 99 percent of the company gets a bonus and raise each year except for wholesalers. Do not be fooled. The comp plan is a joke. 30K and you will likely not make the 30K. The metrics are a joke. 50 calls a day but you have little support from management to get the job done.
