Corporate culture is fantastic. Respect, Transparency, Accountability. No divas or empire builders here, just hard working and team-oriented associates. A breath of fresh air.

Cons

BHF is a new company (spun out of MetLife August 2017) and there are some growing pains.

They paid a fair salary for the most part. Some positions are paid well while others are incredibly underpaid based on averages of the same jobs.

Cons

I felt that the people on the sales desk were snakes and would be fake nice to your face but quick to stab you in the back given their first opportunity.
