Flexible working hours are offered & overall benefits are good.

Cons

Annual compensation hikes are totally optional & manager driven. There are no well defined policies in this aspect. HR function is non-existent. Lack of transparency.

The interview experience was excellent. Great communication, efficient process, and not overly complicated with too many interviews. My onboarding experience with my team has been amazing. Even though we work remote, you really feel valued and seen by your team and those you work with in the company. It’s the first place I feel I can bring my whole self to work and not try to hide the fact that I’m a wife and mom.

Cons

If you are someone who likes to work in the office, you might find the 100% remote, optional in office as something to get used to.
