Senior management is forward thinking without being pretentiousness. Some key persons in management understand their business. Strong distribution channels. I believe management is committed to providing insurance products customers will use (has genuine value), and focuses on long-term viability as a growing company while providing returns to shareholders.

Cons

The company spun off from Met 5 years ago, and aims to change away from the toxic culture that surrounded this divorce. Almost all the employees came from Met. It is difficult to change an embedded culture. Back channeling; responsibility laundering; siloes; knowledge hoarding, and associates not publicly supporting what they say in private are common occurrences.
