Great company overall

Pros

Excellent benefits like 6% 401k matching, ESPP, low cost and relatively low deductible health insurance options, term life insurance, $500 HSA contributions, 15 days of backup childcare or pet care, prepaid legal, volunteer and military pto, generous pto package and paid holidays, etc

Cons

The sales desk leadership doesn't appear to be as open minded and open to change as the rest of the company is. Their management techniques are very old school whereas the Brighthouse culture over all seems to be more modern. The pay for internals is low for the amount and quality of work that is expected.
