Pros

The culture is pretty good. The people are wonderful. Management is good overall. If you want a challenge, the work is challenging due to the spin-off.

Cons

They don’t look out for their long term employees. They’ll hire new people in at the top of the pay scales while long term employees barely get a decent merit increase. It’s really in flux right now, so be prepared for chaos. Long term, I’m sure that will be fixed.

Basically a startup that is well funded lots of experience growth opportunities but limited professional growth opportunities in Tampa

Cons

Startup atmosphere leads to confused direction and work life balance greatly effected but numerous ambitious projects as well as less staff to do more work

Everyone’s trying to prove themselves and doesnt care how it affects others Small company means you can easily point out teachers pets who have the CEO’s ear Limited growth opportunity to move up in the company after director. Limited officer positions becoming available as they right size the organization.
