Pros

Great work-life balance, culture and development opportunities. The company is small enough that you're opinion is always heard and opportunity to take on more to sharpen your own skill-sets are available. On the flip side - it's also big enough to provide good benefits, work-life balance and a visible path to success.

Cons

Company is very new and there is a lot of unknown in the years ahead. Which can be scary to some people, but is generally very exciting here. People who don't like change or must have concrete stability might not like that.

Overall, it’s ok. Just don’t expect to be paid what you’re worth long term.

Pros

The culture is pretty good. The people are wonderful. Management is good overall. If you want a challenge, the work is challenging due to the spin-off.

Cons

They don’t look out for their long term employees. They’ll hire new people in at the top of the pay scales while long term employees barely get a decent merit increase. It’s really in flux right now, so be prepared for chaos. Long term, I’m sure that will be fixed.
