Pros

Great Support from above and great coordination among all teams I have worked with.

Cons

Some systems and processes not yet ironed out that I believe continue to impact the customer experience. Efforts underway but definitely need to keep striving for improvement.

Lots of work to do, can be overwhelming and cause burnout if you struggle to set boundaries.
