      Pros

      This has been the best Assisted Living I have work at thus far. The support you get for your directors at Brightview Rolling Hills is so helpful for your day to day work . The open door policy is always in effect and new ideas are always welcome. The environment is beautiful inside and out. So glad I made this choice of employment

      Being that I am at a new building and this is our first year, the last year has had a lot of changes in associates which made the teamwork challenging however led us to a great team

      Good team work from staff and wonderful residents. I'm able to communicate with my supervisor.

      Cons

      When we're short staff and you have to stay extra hours to cover the shift and it affect personal life outside the job.

      Pros

      Brightview is a place where each one of us makes a difference everyday in the lives of seniors. We have the opportunity to absolutely brighten the days of our residents and their family members. Working at Brightview is gratifying and fulfilling. I have had the opportunity to work in 2 communities and I believe that Management has my best interests in mind.

      Cons

      Being apart of a brand new community can be tough. All new Associates, all new residents, lots of training, some hiccups, but strong leadership can set the tone and provide the resources needed to move forward as a united team - with the common goal to provide excellent care and service to our residents.
