      Growing company that provides incredible service to its customers. Recognized that its employees are a key to their success so they have very good salary structures and benefits. Awarded the 'Best place to work' in the Baltimore area several years in a row.

      Cons

      As is common in the healthcare business, the work environment can be very stressful. The company also has shown the signs of strain due to its rapid growth over the past few years.

      In start-up... it's not for the feint of heart Brightview wants to be the best - and excels at doing so - but requires a lot of energy to maintain this drive

      Pros

      It is a wonderful company to work for. The management staff at my community are so friendly and professional at the same time. They will stop what they are doing to listen to what you have to say. They are wonderful with the residents. The entire staff at our community are very helpful and friendly as well. We all work as a team. If a certain department needs extra help, another department will step right in to help out in anyway they can. It truly is a great place to work. I can't say enough about our community's management team.

      Cons

      The only down side I would say, would be getting close to the residents and having one pass away or move on.
