      Pros

      Very flexible WFH arrangement with great pay. Benefits are just the same with other BPO companies here in the Philippines (we are handled by ProSource)

      Cons

      I hope there could be a little bit more parity about the benefits from us versus the US employees. I know that is something we cannot get fully equal but I hope it can get better as our agency here in ph could handle us better.
