Pros

Paychecks shockingly seem to clear.

Cons

The whole experience has been a Shakespearean comedy on a Bollywood themed stage. From recruitment to management, I have never witnessed such a muddled group of people with little to no competence. Unless you insist, employees receive sub-par equipment without proper software. We sit in an mostly empty office with no supplies, no desk phone and little to no internet connection. While told the project would be ran Agile, there has not been any discernible methodology of any kind. Because there are no processes, no one works as a unit and it takes a Herculean effort to bring them somewhat together so the company looks somewhat professional. The people who have been on site the longest have some sort of superiority attitude, which is fine if the work was up to industry standards, but it's not even close.

We are striving to constantly improve both the work experience for our teams and the cultural aspect of what Brillio stands for. Lack of infrastructure and a “superior attitude” as you have highlighted does not add value in an organisation such as ours. Unfortunately, your experience has proven that we haven’t provided you with a more empowering environment, which we would like to address immediately. We would be more than happy to address the specific issues you may have regarding the same. Please feel free to reach out to us on hr@brillio.com and we will resolve the matter swiftly.
