Good work culture, good work ambience and good activities. Good learning resources.

Cons

Extremely low job security. Hire and fire culture type organization. There were employees who were on bench and HR asks you to resign on the spot. even if you apply for internal job opportunities, they will be ignored by the manager and leadership. No amount of requests will get through.
