Pros

health insurance plan is decent as is the retirement contribution. If you make a mistake, don't worry, your boss is too incompetent to notice anyways.

Cons

Like others mentioned, if you want to build you career here, you need to be best friends with management. Your reporting manager likely does not have experience and is clueless (but they were promoted anyways). There are many lies fed to you to string you along for awhile, but when it comes time to leave, Brink's justifies their lies.

It is a multinational company and it has offices al over the world. The management team is focused, well educated.

Cons

The job is a little boring/ hard work is required and also their system does not allow you to work easly not user friendly.
