      Pros

      The benefits for a single employee are great and the company culture is fantastic. As an ESOP company, it's a laid back feel where everyone is working towards a common goal. Employees aren't micro-managed and most employees are willing to lend a helping hand whenever you need it. I feel as though there are constantly fun events or food in the office to celebrate hard work or just because. Definitely a work hard, play hard mentality.

      Cons

      It can be hard to get ideas across to the leadership team.

      Pros

      Good pay and Good Benefits... Especially if you like to get drunk on the companies dime!

      Cons

      The "Clicks" are very realistic. Appreciation if far and few in-between. Favoritism is highly expected at this organization and is seen in the promotional considerations. Too many young inexperienced individuals work at Brinkmann. The field representation has a "fake-it-till-you-make-it" camaraderie stance with-in the field "Clicks". High disregards and disrespect for the new leadership of 2016!

      Pros

      Well managed and well run group of motivated and hard working individuals with expansive combined knowledge of the construction industry.

      Cons

      Project locations are mostly in the suburbs, but this could also be seen as a plus.
