      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that values their employees more than Brinkmann. We really have an awesome culture and I truly enjoy coming to work everyday!

      Cons

      We are growing really fast which can have some challenges, but it's also really exciting at the same time!

      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Love my job and the people I work with! Work hard, play hard mentality. Complex projects which makes everyday a fun challenge!

      Cons

      Not really any cons. I think as the company continues to grow, it will be a uphill challenge to keep the small company feel but I believe that that atmosphere will continue.
