      Pros

      What I like about working for Brinkmann is we have the resources of a national firm at our disposal, yet the Phoenix office is just starting to grow so the atmosphere is almost family like. Also the things the team does each day have a big impact on our growth. Its nice to know my hard work makes a real difference and is also recognized as such.

      Cons

      Due to the small size of the Phx office going through a growth period there is a to be expected lag with hiring staff. Some days or weeks I have the joy of assisting other departments.

      well planned compensation package. great on site support.

      Cons

      A lot of the office side of the project management team seems to be fast tracked into positions of authority. Skipping over vital, much needed opportunities to gain experience.
