Pros

Professional development funds are great.

Cons

Less than a dollar raise per year. Minimal PTO accruement. Poor technology system filled with issues. Fine to work here. They will put you where they want, not where you want.

Pros

Flexible schedule, diverse coworkers. Benefits adequate, pay decent.

Cons

Uses a proprietary low-code environment that is SLOW. coding practices were outdated and simplistic. Changes were made LIVE on the pages we edited. The proprietary system (Zoho Creator) had poor accessibility features. Don't expect this job to help your developer career.

Pros

-Onboarding is super smooth with plenty of answers to every question you may have. -Everyone is super responsive and want you to excel in your role. -HR sends out opportunities for open roles via email, so there are opportunities for advancement. -Supervisors WANT to see you grow and are there to help you.

Cons

-There are times where I have purchased things with my own money and wish I could have gotten reimbursed. For example, getting materials for Safety Week do add up and I would love if there was a stipend for ISMP's to use for that time. -Reimbursement for printing documents. Of course, you can print on site and my site is helpful in that I can send over my docs for them to print. Just wish this was an easier process. -Using your personal hotspot when documenting on site. -To be honest, there aren't really a lot of cons about the company. The company is a joy to work for. However, the role itself is what YOU make it. It can be viewed as boring.
