Pros

I believe Brite represents a great example of how you can build a startup with structure and professionalism from the very start. The entire team is super skilled and experienced meaning working here is a great learning experience. Also management is not at all micromanaging and you have space for your own ideas and to implement them.

Cons

Since Covid started many people are still working from home while I personally enjoy the personal connection with the team and the possibility to meet colleagues face to face. However, I believe this will go back to normal as soon as we have a better situation.
