Great company the work for with good work life balance, room for growth and a great CEO.

Cons

None. Only thing I could say is that expansion has been slower in CA than other regions due to limited acquisition opportunities.

The experience is very dependent on the middle management team. My was micromanaging without providing the tools to grow successfully.

Laying off people who are good at their job instead of people who are constantly asking for help with things that are basic parts of the job that they should know by now
