None really, they change quickly - efficiently. Listening perhaps to all levels of employees (not just the top) might have been helpful in my era, but seems that the current management has it all well in hand.

None whatsoever except maybe free lattes.

Cons

Was hired for a short period of time 3 weeks. Team never bothered to train me for the job- management did not gove me time to teach myself the job. Was let go on third week - because i didnt teach myself fast enough- what a joke of a place. Commute sucked- hours sucked. Worst people ever!
