Pros

Great environment to work in as the departments all collaborate. The benefits offered are great between the healthcare, PTO, sick and vacations time. Brixmor does keep in mind that employees have lives outside of work and offer some benefits that make spending time with family that much easier.

Cons

As with any company you will run across large egos or that co-worker who just skates by on the bare minimum. It can be frustrating always having to pick up a team members slack, but that issue is not unique to Brixmor.

Great working environment. awesome location in the heart of Grand Central. My contract ended and they called the agency back to request me for another contract job.

Cons

I was there for a contract job, so I have no cons. Everything was positive for me there.
