Pros

Awesome boss. Summer hours. It's nice when the CEO can pop in your office and have a quick personal conversation. Just a catch up or a thank you.

Cons

Space is a challenge. Hours are not flexible at all. Wanting to be involved and it not being welcomed. All the good outweighs these couple of things.

Pros

Brixmor has a new executive team that empowers employees and has an open-door policy. That's a good thing for great employees, but there is nowhere to hide if you are below average. Definitely a much-improved culture.

Cons

Still getting the team to function seamlessly with many new people, but that will come with time. Benefits are good, but could be more generous.

Pros

Summer Fridays-Offices close at 1pm

Cons

Poor communication at all levels, Little respect for employees by management, Poor employee morale, lack of ethics prevalent in the organization, "old boy network" left over from New Plan and Centro days. Very political environment.
