Pros

37.5 hour work weeks with work from home options 1-2 days a week. Decent benefits. Nice co-workers.

Cons

Current leadership over Sales dept has not gained the trust their frontline staff. Any professional should know that culture and trust go hand in hand. Seems like the dept head just tells people what they want to hear versus actually taking any action to improve processes. No wonder we keep missing goals.

Pros

Free parking and 4 day schedule for the week

Cons

Poor commission and incentives, hourly pay is not comparable to work load and goals, and barely living wages. Training for sales in sensitive markets is not sufficient, and parameters around making the sale makes this position more of a collections agent than a sales job.

Pros

summer hours, jeans, PTO policy

Cons

Toxic, IT management manages by fear, no regard for people or what is to be delivered, only the process, regardless if you are delivering quality or not. No room for growth or innovation.
