Great compensation and the ability to work with the latest technology. They really put an emphasis on getting product out the door so the technology to make that happen is the best in the world. Broadcom says they hire only the best of the best and they compensate that way.

Cons

Prepare to dislike the people you work with. A lot of toxic relationships. Never before have I worked at a place where I don't trust the people I work with. That has never happened before. Even my spouse tells me to not trust these people. But the compensation is top notch which means that people stay and gradually adopt the same interpersonal skills of their coworkers to survive. Teamwork suffers.
