Broadcom is an exceptionally well run company, delivering strong shareholder returns and offering an environment where Engineers are valued and working on franchise leading products.

Cons

Because of the divisional structure, there is less opportunity to cross-pollinate and learn with any depth across disciplines or product lines. It's a tops-down company.
