Pretty good for tech company

Pros

I feel like I get respect from management, and we communicate pretty well about what's going good and bad. I get to meet many different people from different companies and get a good sense of product development from concept to production.

Cons

obviously crazy work hours...very hard to balance things sometimes, although it has come in spurts.
