* Lacking any real identifiable culture * Company is focused on bottom line and not on innovation * 5 Years between laptop refresh means equipment is outdated * Innovation does not come from with but through acquisition * Management more concerned with delivering a product than with building innovation for the future

Honestly, trying to see it all still. Hard to tell what's been good so far. I want to make sure I embrace the changes, but it's hard when the support is little and the words consistently change.

Cons

* Lot's of changes in very short time * Unexplained moves which leaves us without support to advocate for our partners/customers * Intense conversations and unexplained moves have been the new normal * Cut/decrease of many benefits (snacks, non-profit participations, company celebrations, investments in employees, refund benefits, parent leave, etc.)
