- Below market salary with no hikes for years - Constant fear of layoffs every quarter/month - Senior leadership lacks vision and direction - Middle management is powerless and demotivated - No new R&D or product innovation (software BU's)—everything is in maintenance mode - Products are being kept alive just to sell through aggregators - Employee morale is at an all-time low

Pros

CEO runs a tight ship, but clearly the results over the passed decade are second to none. Base salary is on par with the industry, but the RSU's are what set the company apart. RSU's are granted every year and vest over a 4 year window. So after 4 years you'll have 4 separate RSU's that are stacked on top of each other and vesting together.

Cons

There is no work from home, its 100% in office work. Of course, this could be a Pro for some people. There is no defined vacation policy either, which means you almost always get less than if they just told you that you can have X number of days or weeks.
