No growth, pay is horrible (for non-engineering roles). Titles/promotions given for "who" you support, not for your skill level. Favoritism is obvious. No rewards, freebies, give aways for employees. If you reward your employees, you will find that they will work harder.

Management buys the asset and less than a year after decides to exit the business. It seems long-term strategic decision was overturned surprisingly quickly possibly due to problems with short-term revenue and customer lock-in.
