      Abysmal Acquisition

      Pros

      Decent bonuses (if your division meets its goals) & RSUs, fine benefits (but worse than CA's), 401k match up to a certain point, Rally still values work-life balance.

      Cons

      They are a hardware company and have no interest in meeting the needs of a modern software company. They don't have much empathy for humans & the values of the broader company are very money-centric. We've lost a lot of people and are losing more because we're being forced to move to Broomfield from Denver and Boulder. That puts pressure on the business unit and every individual and forces continual, often difficult change. Rally still has some great people, but it is being forced to be a much more corporate culture.

      Benefits are decent; bonus structure is good.

      Lack of human support personnel for employees; difficult to understand / learn company policies / structure and no info on how to speak or contact someone to help.
