      We are actually previous LSI. I love our team. Everybody nice. Half price Cafe. Good match of 401k

      Cons

      Not stable working environment. Base payment is low. Medical insurance just fine

      Pros

      - Love the rotating schedule (3 days on / 3 days off - 4 days on / 4 days off) - Paid lunches and breaks - As long as your work gets done, upper level management leaves you alone

      Cons

      - Long 12 hour shifts, on your feet a majority of the time - Can be overwhelming at times when production line is busy

      Excellent salaries, Very good equity compensation. Very fast paced, Excellent technology and brilliant colleagues Liberal time off policy and good work life balance (By SV standards)
