      Pros

      Good benefits especially medical. Having RSU makes it possible to gain more in years to come. Open environment with management.

      Cons

      Internal competitions makes it a pretty stressful environment at times. Constantly high expectations from management to achieve the impossible. New culture means cost down on everything.

      Pros

      Competitive compensation packages with excellent medical benefits, experienced people to gain/share knowledge from/with, reasonable work/life balance with flexible hours.

      Cons

      As with most companies that have matured, processes and procedures gradually consume a larger portion of one's day to day activities. With the recent merger with AVGO, a lot of emphasis has come down to cost cutting and improving margins.
