      Great pay and benefits. Unlimited vacation time with manager approval. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Broadcom is currently being acquired therefor it is a difficult work environment due to uncertain future and lack of valuable information to base business and life dicisions on.

      Very bright and talented employees. Executives are big on communication to employees. HR seeks regular feedback from team members. Compensation package is very competitive.

      Cons

      Workload in some groups is extremely heavy, and can be bogged down in administrative tasks. Sporadic lay-offs and dropped product lines, have left some employees feeling insecure.

      Good engineers , bad management

      Lots of smart and hard working engineers

      Cons

      Top management never admitted their failures.This mentality has gradually propagated to mid-lower level management, no one has the gut to standup and express different opinions to their managements. As a result , passionate engineers are leaving the company.
