      Pros

      -You learn a lot as an engineer -Room to innovate and grow -had the benefits of a star-up, without the risk. Being agile and engineering was the core of the company.

      Cons

      -Politics is growing, it was not such a case before. -HR is transferring the company into an everyday corporate america. So the company is loosing it is flexibility and the innovation of its engineers.

      Pros

      Wide variety of products that go into the consumer electronics as well as commercial systems. Lot of research activities

      Cons

      The company follows a conservative strategy to gain profits. New College Grads are not encouraged. No games rooms and recreation facilities. Invest a lot of money in R&D without proper management. Not to mention Rationing the stationary and supplies.

      Technical team, smart and mostly friendly colleagues, OK job if don't mind working hard, worth ESPP and RSUs.

      Cons

      Under-staffed, lack communication and poor documentation, assignment and interest don't match most of time, no space for advancement technically or in rank, lower than market salary.
