      Pros

      Expectations are crystal clear. Objectives are hard to reach, and operational processes are challenge, but you're compensated accordingly. Work hard, earn well.

      Cons

      Everything is black and white, which could be a positive at times, but there is little consideration for process improvement; standard attitude is "this is the way it is, take it or get out." Employees are paid well, but not respected as humans. Instead, you are treated as a cog in the machine. Layoffs are common and not managed well.
