Pros
- Excellent culture and emphasis on work life balance results in motivated and happy employees. Colleagues were generally friendly and helpful. - Training provided as well as good knowledge transfer led to quicker on the job learning - Perks pretty good (ESPP), decent amount of events to energize employees and remind them that life isn't always about work.
Cons
- Career prospects may be limited somewhat. Full spectrum of roles may not be always available at specific offices. Recent restructuring/outsourcing of jobs can also trim opportunities to rotate/gain exposure. - Pay may be lower than market rate - Professional roles may still see moderate amounts of manual/administrative duties.
