I worked with some really smart people at Broadcom. It is a great place to learn new things.

Cons

After the acquisition by Avago (in 2016) there was an increased pressure for each of of the units and departments to demonstrate growth or good financials. Sometimes they improved financials by downsizing.

Cons

Your voice won't be heard and you will be treated like a robot. Most of the technology are of the previous era.
