Pros

CEO runs a tight ship, but clearly the results over the passed decade are second to none. Base salary is on par with the industry, but the RSU's are what set the company apart. RSU's are granted every year and vest over a 4 year window. So after 4 years you'll have 4 separate RSU's that are stacked on top of each other and vesting together.

Cons

There is no work from home, its 100% in office work. Of course, this could be a Pro for some people. There is no defined vacation policy either, which means you almost always get less than if they just told you that you can have X number of days or weeks.

Pros

- Still feel like working for a small company as each BU is operating separately and responsible for its own P&L and a BU is usually reasonably sized - Good compensation

Cons

- Very finanicial focused and lack some of the perks that some top tier tech companies provide to their employees - Upward movement challeging particularly at the more senior level
