Lots of flexibility to lean new things. Amount of work expected is very manageable. Nobody really monitors work as long as it gets completed. Overall a good place to work.

Cons

Company is undergoing changes. With recent buyout by Avago more turmoil expected. Too many rounds of layoffs. Very unstable company.

Lots of passive agressive engineers and bunch of managers looking at reports as step stools for their career. Bizarre cult of the founder. 1984 back to the future general ambiance. Good match for Avago.
