Non technical work, cannot learn anything. Incompetent and non technical management which was exemplified by the fact that Operations got transitioned by Avago. No hope for this once a talented company after acquisition.

good place to work - I like it my group, it has been a pleasant experience. Great benefit, great compensation.

Cons

It could be long hours sometimes. Broadcom doesn't spend much into research and development. Engineers have to work with the minimum.
