      Pros

      Dynamic work policies. Great technologies to work on. Broadcom always thrives to be on cut-edge technology in semiconductor. You can openly share your ideas to work on the problems and have ample opportunity to keep learning new stuffs.

      Cons

      Work pressure is very high in Broadcom. You may be handling ~ 3 to 4 projects at a time and may need to work on it on same day. Employee should be given more chance to select their area of interest to work.
