Pros

Broadly is truly a family. Everyone works extremely hard and are genuinely rooting for each other to succeed. I’ve experienced tremendous growth here professionally and seen the product evolve continuously to a point where it practically sells it self. I could not imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Typical start up growing pains. People that can’t adjust to the fast paced environment seem to struggle. Many people wear multiple hats here and are frequently stressed out by the work load.

Pros

Someone seems to have a magic hiring wand, because every, single, person who works here is kind, generous, helpful, resourceful, and incredibly whip-smart - and funny! I had great jobs in the past, but never have experienced having such truly fabulous co-workers. Also, it's a fun environment and there is an awesome wall of free snacks and drinks, and they host regular happy hours. Such a cool team vibe. . . . This company rocks - and working to help small-business owners is truly rewarding.

Nope. Not even one.

Pros

I have worked here at broadly for 4 months now, and I can say without a doubt that this is the best culture that I have ever been a part of. I have worked in the Digital Media space for 20 years, at companies including Yahoo, CNET Networks, and IAC, and when looking for a new role, finding a great culture and product was critical. Everyone at Broadly is thoughtful, professional, helpful, and truly believes in the mission. I would recommend Broadly to absolutely anyone, and I have.

Cons

Honestly the only downside to Broadly is the very nature that it is a startup. Its not a gigantic company, which some people look for...but other than that there is no downside.
