Pros

The company, at the time, let people get away with a lot especially if you were male. That might be a pro for some people. There were some really great, fun personalities to work with.

Cons

The executive team had high turnover, many conflicts, and executives that pretended to listen, but followed up with little to no action. They didn't empower employees, nor trust most of the team which was very discouraging.
