Great benefits, great leadership. The office is really fun and there are lots of dogs walking around! HR is tip top you'll have a lot of support there

Cons

Hard to qualify quota, no leads, low compensation, no job security, churn and burn cold calling which is exhausting

One thing we all miss about being remote first is the heavy dog-presence in the office. Nothing like a fur baby cuddle to boost your serotonin for the day! Appreciate the notes about the downsides, too - sales is for sure a tough job, and hearing what could be better is very helpful. Working from home Hourly (over time if needed) Fun Product sells itself Amazing trainers Quick responses Always had the support Good managers everyone was down to earth Always able to cheer the team on in chats
