Pros

Casual work environment, decent benefits, tuition reimbursement. Good place to start out if you can stretch a dollar.

Cons

Very little room for upward mobility. Low starting salary with minimal merit increases. You will (barely) keep up with inflation. Senior management has little latitude under corporate, bottom line initiatives.

Pros

Great Team Environment: The team at Broadrige is fantastic. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Positive Work Culture: The company fosters a positive and inclusive work culture, making it a comfortable place to work. Opportunities for Learning: There are ample opportunities to learn and grow within the company, with colleagues always willing to share knowledge and help out.

Cons

Low Salary: The compensation is not competitive compared to industry standards, which can be a significant drawback. Limited Benefits: The benefits package could be more comprehensive, especially in terms of health and wellness offerings. Career Advancement: While there are learning opportunities, the path for career advancement is not very clear or well-defined.
