      Pros

      Very good and friendly onsite counterparts, Pay is in par with market. Good company to retire as u will be working on very old technologies which you are already aware of and less challenging tasks

      Cons

      Old technologies, poor mid-level management, micro managment, no career guidance, mandatory 8 hours 😉 you will be promoted but you will be doing the same tasks which u did earlier., just a name change ! Hike is dependent on manager's discretion not your performance!
