Pros

Exposure within industry Recognition outside of company Flexibility Instant credibility

Cons

Culture change to borderline arrogance Medical Benefits - worst of any company I have ever spoke with. Good luck if you ever need significant healtchare. Compensation decreases No room for advancement within team Favortiism for those hired from outside firms- Different sets of rules for those specifically Trusting the policies and procedures that other competitors may have utilized may break strong relationships with our client base, ie. Nickel and Diming
