Pros

Work hours better than most firms in the industry. More stability than average.

Cons

Worse benefits than typical in the industry. Terrible vacation policy with only 2 weeks for the first 5 years! Lack of opportunities for growth for ambitious people. Old boy's network is alive and well. Huge inequities between different divisions creates resentment.

Pros

Good work life balance. Good benefits. Competitive salaries. Most people are helpful, if frequently overworked.

Cons

Some positions have insane overtime. Lots of turnover leads to dilution of product knowledge and increases the workload on those left. Heavy reliance on contractors.
